Personal Data Protection Policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and relevant national legislation, the company OMNISENSUIT, s.r.o., ID: 09250255, with its registered office at Nové sady 988/2, Brno, 602 00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), has adopted this Personal Data Protection Policy.

For the purposes of this document, "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This policy applies to all relationships between the Controller and data subjects, including customers, potential customers, suppliers, and job applicants.

Personal Data Collected by the Controller

Within its business activities, the Controller collects personal data for the following purposes:

a) Processing of Customer Data
For the purpose of contract fulfillment, the Controller processes personal data of its customers. This includes, in particular: name, surname, date of birth, identification number (ID), tax identification number (VAT ID), registered office or address, telephone number, and email address. In this context, personal data of the customers' employees may also be processed.

b) Processing of Supplier Data
For the purpose of purchasing goods and services, the Controller processes supplier data to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and legal requirements (invoicing, record-keeping).

c) Marketing Communications and Contact Forms
If you contact the Controller via the website, we process your name and email address based on a legitimate interest to handle your inquiry or send relevant service offers.

Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, and to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise your rights by sending a request to the company's registered office or to the Controller's contact email.
